Project 3a will allow students to do most of the things they enjoy most doing, bonding with friends, travelling, storytelling and more importantly taking and uploading videos and pictures, focusing mainly on their chosen architecture. In a more serious note, this exercise serves as test on how well the groups can narrate and ‘story tell’ and whether students have learned and understand essential aspects of design.

This project all took place within two days in Cape Rachado, Malacca. The entire cohort was split into two large groups, each group was then given a site, and had to produce a site analysis of that site. Each group was then further divided into several subgroups. Each subgroup had their own aspects to cover. The aspects include: circulation, existing structures, climate, landscape, and many others.

Evidently from the sheer quantity of manpower involved, this is a large project requiring large amounts of coordination. The finished report is then a compilation of the work of over 60 people over a span of around a week.
